A 5-minute activity that powers up your day

Every Humanist needs a moment at the start of the day to reconnect with their mission — to remember why they’re here, what they stand for, and how today’s actions fit into the bigger picture.

This is what Recore is: a 5-minute ritual to recharge you from the core of your being, and act as the trigger for all your other routines and goals.

Recore is the switch that powers up your system. By doing it first, you enter the day aligned, motivated, and fully conscious of your purpose.

Why Recore matters

  • Instant Alignment – Recore quickly brings your mind, emotions, and values into sync with your life mission, your purpose and your values.
  • All-day Mindfulness — Recore adds a layer of self-awareness and purposefulness to your activities, preventing you from fluttering through the day on autopilot.
  • Affirmation — Recore reinforces your identity and mission with empowering statements to fuel confidence and clarity.
  • Energy Before Action – Instead of rushing into to-do lists and goals, you spend a short time refueling your core and reminding yourself of why all this matters in the first place.
  • Trigger Effect – Like a starter button, Recore launches your day’s routines, planning, and activities related to your Humanist goals.

How to Recore in 5 minutes

Think of Recore as a three-layer reflection — each minute is a step deeper.

Re-invoke your identity & mission

State and invoke your identity, your mission, your purpose, your future, your vision. Remind yourself of who you are.

The insane potential you have at your core. The incredible human you stand to be.

Or by writing it down — speak to yourself.

For example:

You are filled with boundless potential. You are ascending into your perfect form.

You are an incredible source of positive energy that generates well-being and transforms lives.

You are amazingly strong and dangerous.

You build powerful connections and relationships with like-minded people. Together you work united towards your goals and mission.

Connect and Commit

First you invoked your mission, potential, values, ideal identity.

Now it’s time to connect this to what’s in front of you right now.

Problems you’re facing currently, goals to be achieved.

Make bold, confident declarations in writing, on how you will take on these challenges and achieve these goals.

You make these declarations because you know who you are and what you stand for.

Finishing

This is the seal on the proclamations you have made and the visions you have generated in your heart.

Take a few minutes to meditate on what you wrote.

Close your eyes and visualize yourself overcoming all the challenges in your way. Imagine yourself growing into that ultimate being.

Visualize everything you’ve spoken into being. Visualize them as concrete reality.

You can have powerful music in the background while you do this.

What comes after Recore

Recore not only ignites your fire and motivates you — it’s also a powerful trigger activity for healthy habits.

For example after Recoreing you can start your morning routine.

The big picture

Recore is more than a micro-routine; it’s a spiritual ignition key.

Done daily, it creates a compounding effect — your habits strengthens, your Mission becomes second nature, and your days run on focus and purpose instead of autopilot.

In just three minutes, you’ve gone from waking up to radiating purpose. That’s the Humanist advantage.
