As Humanists, we have a mission to grow into our ultimate selves and elevate all the beings around us in their greatest form.
Every humanist has a core full of energy, always ready to manifest itself in the world.
When we radiate this energy, we impact and transform the lives of everything in our force field. Include our own lives.
These are the powers we have to make a difference.
Let’s go through them one after the other, from the lowest level to the highest.
1. Physical energy
The most basic type of energy we have — and absolutely essential.
Simply: the ability to do work — like mechanical energy in physics.
To physical make things happen.
You regenerate this energy by eating clean, healthy food and getting adequate sleep.
How you radiate this energy: Going for a run, strength training, improve skills in tennis and football, learn a martial art.
2. Emotional energy
Your ability to control and regulate your emotions with every passing moment.
The power to generate drive and desire in yourself and others to achieve challenging but amazing goals and live up to your mission.
How you radiate this energy: visualize goals, have fun with loved ones, motivate people to follow their dreams, persuasion.
3. Social energy
Your capacity to generate influence, charisma, cooperation, and a sense of connection with other beings.
The more of this you radiate, the more people will be drawn to you.
They’ll want to be around you and in your zone.
You’ll have better relations with people.
How you radiate this energy: give genuine compliments, make someone feel heard and seen, mentor someone.
4. Sexual energy
One of the powerful forms of energy, essential for romantic relationships.
You give off sexual energy when you project aesthetics, words, actions, and more that instigate desire in others.
This also has to do with your ability to control lust, and channel it in mindful, conscious ways.
How you radiate this energy: having good looks and grooming, flirting, sexual touches, etc.
5. Cognitive energy
Putting your amazing brain to work.
Using logic, reason, and knowledge to process information and make decisions to solve problems and move you toward your goals.
How you radiate this energy: Debating, intricate planning, breaking down complex ideas for others.
6. Creative energy
The generative spark of imagination in every human.
The force that makes something new appear in the world — working together with their other energies to extend reality itself.
How you radiate this energy: Writing a moving song, building an innovative startup, creating a new dance.
7. Spiritual energy
The highest form of energy a humanist has.
The force of meaning and values.
It’s the energy that combines and aligns all the other types of energy in service of your values, purpose, and mission.
A energy that fuels other energies.
The energy that nurtures and strengthens the energy core of everyone around you — their potential to generate all types of energy.
It’s both the source and result.
It feeds on itself and multiplies using the other energies as a pipeline.
It brings the Mission to reality.
It manifests itself in all humanist beings to bring the state of the world and humanity at large to where it is ideally supposed to be.
