Powerful morning routine to start your day

As Humanists our mission to elevate ourselves and every being into their ultimate form, connected with each other and radiating positive energy into their world.

Every day we engage in activities that strengthen our core, sharpen our minds, and deepen our bonds.

And it all starts from the moment we wake up. By building powerful rituals into our mornings, we set the tone to carry energy into everything that follows.

This is a powerful morning/day-start routine to create an incredible foundation for the rest of your day.

In 3 vital stages.

Stage 1: Boot up

  1. Brush teeth & drink water (5m) — The water you lose when you sleep through breathing and sweating can leave you feeling dehydrated — which can impact your physical and mental performance.
    Drink up to prevent this.
  2. Get sunlight (5m) — Helps drive out the sleepiness and regulates hormones that play a crucial rol in your health and well-being.
  3. Stretch (7m) — Drives out sleepiness, gets your blood flowing, and makes you feel more energetic and alive. Stretch your entire body.

Stage 2: Refresh the self

  1. Reaffirm your mission (3m) — Reassert your ultimate purpose of living. Recommit to your values.
  2. Review (5m) — Re-assess your life using metrics related to your values — have you been sleeping properly? Have you been making progress in your goals?
    It doesn’t have to be a comprehensive or written assessment — a quick high-level mental analysis is enough to give you perspective and keep you conscious.
  3. Take in the Message (10m) — Consume media that keeps you on track to work on your goals and embody your values. Or sharpens you philosophically.

    This can be 1 page of philosophy or self-improvement book,
    Or browsing through similar posts on IG/Threads, YouTube [Shorts], etc. — this is your chance to use social media productively.

Stage 3: Radiate outwards

Make an impact in the real world.

Starting from your body, and moving outwards to your surroundings and social networks.

1. Polish your body (~30m) — Typical things we do for personal grooming — shower, moisturizing, sunscreen…
But these aren’t just chores — this is you making a meaningful impact on your external world — of which your body is the most fundamental part.
Dress yourself with clean, high-quality, well-fitting clothes.

2. Elevate your surroundings (~15m) — make your bed, clean the floors, arrange clothes, etc.
You are a source of positive energy illuminating your surroundings.

3. Enrich your social networks (~10m) — share an uplifting, motivational message on your social networks. Radiate positive energy from your code into your social force field.

Total: ~90 minutes
