How to live like a Humanist everyday

Your day is the canvas upon which you paint a humanist world. Time is the raw material to actualize the Humanist mission in the world.

1. Recommit and invoke the Humanist mission

Re-affirm the Humanist values in your mind.

Visualize yourself being the ultimate being. Fulfillment and joy.

Visualize ultimate unity and connection amongst your family.

Visualize a perfect world. Paradise. Write about you see.

2. Radiating Humanism

After connecting with the ideal, it’s time for action in the real-life.

Radiate Humanism from the moment you wake up.

Your morning or day-start is crucial for shaping the rest of your day.

Radiate Humanism to yourself

Humanism starts from you, that’s your mind and body.

You’re radiating well-being.

  • Stretch — flexibility workout
  • Brush your teeth
  • Take a shower
  • Personal hygiene in general

Routine things like this may seem small, but this is already you making a humanist impact on yourself.

Radiate Humanism to your tribe

Your tribe is your family. “Family” here meaning the people you have a close connection with.

You have regular brief routine activities to refresh the connection you have.

As a Humanist you’re powerful on your own, but your connections make you even stronger. You become a living node in a powerful unstoppable network.

Ways to strengthen and refresh the connection daily and regularly:

  • Share your plans for the day with each other.
  • Do the routine activities together.
  • Share how the day went and what you achieved.

Radiate humanism to the world around you

  • Organize your room and home
  • Share a social media post to motivate someone to live more humanely and Humanisticly

All these activities serve to strengthen your soul as a Humanist.

3. “things to do” that take you towards the humanist mission

The last two things set up a solid foundation.

Now it’s time to build upon it.

You should have goals that move you closer toward the Humanist Mission and exalt the Humanist Values.

Growing towards a godlike human, connecting with other humans on the same path, bringing about paradise on earth.

You can categorize your goals into these categories:

  • Self: Goals that improve you towards becoming the ultimate human (levelling up and testing your power, integrity, artistic symbolism, etc.). For example: strength training.
  • Humanist Nation: Goals that create and improve connections between you and other humanists (improve the power of the humanist network)
  • World: Goals that improve the state of humans and the world in general

4. Make your life an art and a science

Treat your life like a scientific experiment. Make observations and analyze feedback.

Live your life like an incredible. story. Craft your life like a beautiful symbolic painting on the canvas of time.

The more you live, the more you extend that story.

Be mindful and present in your day.

Take snapshots of your Humanist-centric mini-achievements throughout the day.

For example, Tari Ibaba likes to take screenshots of his computer whenever he’s completed a task in his software project. It’s like a marking point of the nurturing of the software project.

Think of the activities and interactions that could have gone better.

For example, did you waste too much time mindlessly scrolling through social media?

Did you snap at someone today instead of responding with empathy and understanding?

These aren’t meant to guilt you — they’re chances to realign with the Humanist Ideal. The point is not to be perfect, but to be present and growing toward perfection. Noticing these “could’ve-been-better” moments gives you data points.

From there, you evolve — in all 3 dimensions — Self, [Humanist] Nation, and World.
